What does the role involve?
It’s a 2-year program in which we invest deeply in your professional and personal development. You start with a work integration with comprehensive in-house courses, training days and work with colleagues over the first several weeks.
What does the program look like?
12 months : You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business, our customers, products, services and software as an Account Manager.
9 months in the EEC (Engineering Competence Center) with a focus on support in anchor calculations (phase 1) and additional installation and Firestop calculations (phase 2).
In these 9 months you will also work on a strategic project (most likely Technical Marketing topic) for 20% of your time.
3 months of transition towards the landing position of Field Engineer position by taking up :
60% ECC continuity
40% Junior Project / Field Engineering responsibility for a specific project or specific group of customers including specifiers

What you need is :
I don’t have a sales background and, when I went to my careers fair, most companies only wanted to speak to you if you had the right experience.
Hilti were completely open-minded. They were more interested in me than in which degree I was doing.
