Formal requirements :
Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Retail, Sales or similar or equivalent combination of training and experience in a commercial international environment (5 years or more);
Languages : fluently in English, good French and German level would be a big advantage;
Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiations skills, teamwork, self-initiative, independent, structured and autonomous approach;
Knowledge of international contracts, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations;
Mobility to travel as extended travel will be part of this role
Main duties and responsibilities :
Creating and extending the Export Market by developing the volumes and assortment
Developing and implementing Sales and Marketing concepts for the DIY and professionals trades for our wood panels
Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with all state and federal regulations and evaluate all reports
Design budget for all expenditures and plan all trade shows as per customer specifications and prepare strategies for all customers to facilitate distribution for same
Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services
Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same
