Innovation is core to Tarkett strategy, to be the global leader in commercial flooring and sports surfaces, to grow selectively in residential flooring and to change the game with circular economy.

The global mission of this permanent position will contribute to further differentiate and fuel the pipeline of innovation to extend Tarkett innovation leadership.

This position reports to the Prospective & Opportunity Exploration Director and is based at Paris La Defense.

Your Responsibilities

o Watch

Ensure with your colleagues that technical, norms & regulations, market watch is done on defined priorities

Identify white paper needs on defined priorities

o Innovation process / Exploration portfolio

Nurture innovation process phase I / phase II

Contribute with Program Managers to identify exploration priorities and plan

o Exploration leadership

Identify potential concepts desirability and viability with divisions marketing teams, define segment matrix and conditions to succeed,

Identify macro feasibility with Group and divisions R&D teams, define feasibility matrix and conditions to succeed

Prepare Gate -1 directly or as support to leader defined, prepare handover to Division project leader for Gate 0

o Capitalization / learning

Ensure we capitalize on learnings / methodology

Your Skills and Experience

You have 3 to 4 years of experience, and you have a technical background that allows interactions with R&D, you understand the technical and operation requirements, P&L practices and customers.

You are a partner with a strong knowledge and experience of innovation process and main associated methodologies.

You are fluent in English. You have a business sensitiveness and you are curious, creative and have strong communication skills.
