Prepare the board and shareholders meetings.
Manage the corporate documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of a portfolio of clients' companies.
Review the minutes, agreements, and legal documentation.
Handle the follow up of external stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers, banks.
Support with AML / KYC requests.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in law, finance or economics.
You have at least a first experience in a similar role in Luxembourg.
Knowledge of Luxembourg company law is an asset.
You speak French and English fluently. German is an asset.
You have strong communication skills.
