  • Job Description Key role for the domiciliation activity, reporting to your Head of Department, you will : Be concerned with the administrative and legal formalities of Luxembourg entities and will have to answer to client’s requests (such as accounts opening, acquisition of participations, board resolutions, notarial and private deeds);
  • Organize board meetings and shareholders meetings and draft related minutes and / or documentation; Drafts resolutions, proxies;
  • Ensure the accuracy and exhaustiveness of client requests in cooperation with Accountanting Department; Follow-up and control of bank transactions;
  • Active follow-up and management of on-going client requests; Attend conference calls and client meetings; Contacts with clients, banks and other advisors;
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) monitoring of files, operations.

  • Qualifications Bachelor degree in law, economics or finance minimum; Previous experience as Senior Corporate Officer Ideally, relevant experience of minimum 2 years in a similar environment;
  • Basic knowledge of Luxembourg accounting and tax rules; Knowledge of Luxembourg company law (including financial vehicles SOPARFI, SICAR and SIF);
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as an advantage (French and German in particular); Computer literate-
