The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build. The opportunity : your next adventure awaits The HR Assistant will be part of the HR front line team that acts as first point of contact for HR queries of our employees.

In this role, you will provide professional administrative support and assistance to the Talent Department to ensure high level of HR support to our employees.

All these responsibilities and tasks will be done in close contact with your colleagues from the Talent team. This is a newly created position where you will be working with an experienced HR professional that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day.

This means that you will develop a thorough understanding of our HR processes and policies. In this role you will be answering queries that our employees have around HR topics such as evaluation, counseling, learning, etc. What we look for

  • Qualifications :
  • You are particularly motivated to bring the best experience to our EY employees
  • You have a strong client focus orientation
  • You also enjoy the rigor of administrative tasks and appreciate their importance
  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Resources
  • Microsoft Office application should be well familiar to you (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • You must have a fluency in English, French and German. Ideally you also speak Luxembourgish or any other language.
