Assistant Corporate Legal Manager - Manage a Portfolio of Private Equity and Debt Fund Clients Our client is a leading specialist in the Alternative Investment funds space operating all over Europe and is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Officer to join their private equity team and move up into an Assistant Manager position In this role you will act as the first point of contact for clients, overseeing the day to day and operational procedures, as well as the corporate administrative duties.

The opportunity also includes supervising and training staff as growth and internal development is a really important working ethos of the firm.

Interviews are happening via phone and VC so the managers can still hire great talent in the fund and asset management space on demand! Main Duties : Supervise and coach within your team, typically 3-4 juniors Manage and liaise with a busy and demanding portfolio of clients Manage the full life cycle for private equity and debt entities you manage.

Attend and prepare minutes for client and shareholder board meetings Prepare, review and file financial statements Work as the first point of contact for matters related to your fund structures Coordinate with other teams and third parties, tax, legal, and accounting etc.

  • Essentials : 3+ years minimum experience in a similar position (at least 1-2 years working on Luxembourg structures) Strong knowledge of fund domiciliation, particularly in alternative investments space Strong corporate governance skils, boards, minutes, SPV and fund structures People management experience is a plus but coaching and training is important Previous experience of managing a portfolio of clients Benefits : Dynamic and diverse team;
