You will be part of the Human resources service and will be responsible for L&D and Performance as well as for HRIS related topics.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • You coordinate the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to career development, personnel development and salary measures and offboarding.
  • You lead Performance reviews, talent reviews and conclude succession plans.
  • You support Talent Acquisition and the local hiring managers in the recruitment process.
  • You lead Learning and Development implementation and propose improved learning techniques considering costs and benefits.
  • You manage training budgets across the organization and run training needs analysis and capability.
  • You maintain data in HRIS systems and databases and ensure that information is available on a timely basis.
  • You build a strong relationship with our IT global departments in order to support the internal customers.
  • You troubleshoot technical issues and provides guidance
  • You lead various projects such as the implementation of user guides, process definition.

  • You are a point of contact for managers and employees in all aspects of personnel management.
  • You represent our company human resources policies.
  • You are comfortable with project management and can carry out major projects (dematerialised payslip, adaptation to various tax legislation changes)
  • You deliver detailed data analysis based various reports
  • You are rigorous and pay attention to detail
  • You are efficient and service oriented
  • With the help of your social skills, you maintain a good relationship with the employee representatives based on trust and respect.
  • The personnel processes in your area of responsibility are carried out promptly and with great benefit for managers and employees
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • You have graduated in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have profound experience working on supporting maintaining human resource information management systems, ATS, HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You possess sophisticated knowledge of Human Resources Management, Finance and a good economic culture.
  • You have sophisticated skills in excel and in Microsoft Office
  • You proof good organization and solution management skills.
  • You have a good command of information systems, especially in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • You are fluent in English and in French

  • You prove solid knowledge of all HR functions and standard methodologies
