The EU Pricing team at Amazon is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Product Manager with relentless focus on offering competitive prices to customers to join us at our European headquarters in the cosmopolitan city of Luxembourg.
This role has a broad, high impact scope and is highly visible within the EU organization. Your interactions and relationships will span a broad group of stakeholders, functions, and regions.
You will be an authoritative voice of EU Pricing and be considered a go-to subject matter expert by senior stakeholders and other team members.
You will lead thinking around pricing issues across Europe and develop the next generation of pricing strategy and roadmaps.
Drawing on strong curiosity, you also will be a key contributor to shaping our strategic innovation program by equipping the project teams with the right insights into pricing.
The position will be based in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of EU Pricing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-

Ensure Amazon Worldwide Pricing Vision is reflected in each EU Market Place
Represent EU Pricing voice on EU and worldwide initiatives · Drive innovation by supporting the business on key strategic initiatives across the EU to build long-
term customer trust Keep senior stakeholders informed of key pricing initiatives and progress.
Identify and implement new capabilities and best practices to develop and improve pricing processes across all EU marketplaces
Create and own pricing tech roadmaps across the EU marketplaces. Liaise with our technical pricing teams in Seattle and India to continuously improve how pricing systems work for our business
Support EU Businesses in taking informed pricing decisions through deep analytics
Run relevant pricing analytics to support Pricing Vision and implement Pricing Recommendation into our Pricing Systems (this implies running complex SQL queries and sophisticated excel analyses)
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience. MBA, advanced degree or equivalent experience a plus
6+ years’ retail / etail experience
4+ years’ experience developing strategy and managing project roadmaps; pricing experience a plus
SQL experience; experience with data visualization tools a plus
Naturally curious a self-starter who is eager to understand the business and insights behind the numbers and can also proactively identify challenges / opportunities / solutions.
Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas clearly to the stakeholders. Strong critical thinking with a problem-solving aptitude
Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ability to meet deadlines
Proven track record of rapidly building trust with others and managing senior stakeholder relationships
Fluency in English required; other EU languages a plus.
PHD / MBA degree preferred
High impact verbal and written communication
Strong project management skills - proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, experience implementing large scale systems a plus
Comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets strongly preferred
Any other European language is a plus
