Product Manager - IFS Product Management (f / m / d)
Field of Activity
Working within IFS Product Management you will be responsible for identifying and understanding both the internal and external needs of the business, identifying appropriate solutions whilst at the same time managing the process right through and ensuring successful execution.
Your main product management focus will be on the continuous development of Clearstream's Fund Desk services, including quantitative and qualitative support towards the Fund Desk Sales team.
Tasks / Responsibilities
Participate to the maintenance of the multi-year product strategy plan, including product roadmap and P&L
Work with Sales, Relationship management and Customers to identify, assess, propose and execute potential new services particularly in the area of Fund Distribution Support services
Cooperate with all departments to establish and maintain adequate legal and regulatory compliance of IFS services
Liaise with operations and client service areas to identify, assess, propose and execute operational process improvements and revenue generating opportunities
Analyse and determine appropriate technical and non-technical solutions to both internal and external Customers', Distributors and Fund Providers', needs
Work with central IT to facilitate technical product deliverables in an effective manner
Support maintenance of various products profitability and metrics analysis
Produce regular and ad-hoc management reporting
Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on existing and prospect Distributors and Fund Providers to support the Sales and Relationship Management teams in preparing their offers
Assess product development business cases with regards to Distributors and Fund Providers to set the priorities for the IFS Network team
Become a product specialist in the areas of fund distribution, fund platforms, fund data and their related regulations
Qualifications / Required Skill
University degree in applied economics or comparable education
At least 3 years professional experience in the Investment Fund field
A natural drive to take the initiative in order to get things done
Flexible team player in an international environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills, numeracy literate and self-organized
Fluent in English is essential. German is a key asset.
