General support in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices, and enhance the effectiveness of the HR tasks.
Participate in the development of relevant HR policy and regulations, as well as integrated management.
Responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and manage Luxembourg immigration aspects.
Responsible for time management and do the management of annual leave, sickness, maternity / paternity leave, etc.
Do the employee files management and update the employee information.
Responsible for training management.
Involve in employee relationship management.
Organizing and developing new and existing HR services.
Advice on labor law issues and daily work.
Participate in HR-related internal communication.
Participate in the development of human resource management information system.
Be one of the points of contact for the different local authorities as Centre Commun de la Sécurité Sociale, ADEM, Inspection du Travail et Mines, Ministry of immigration, etc.
Responsible for establishing and implementing HR administrative things and organizing employee activities.
Qualification : -A relevant master degree in human resources or similar.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
The related working experience in the banking industry would be an asset.
Have extensive knowledge about the Luxembourg working legislation, labor law, individual tax and the knowledge of benefit systems.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Chinese would be an asset.
Familiar with HR information system and MS Office.
Deal with employee’s queries in a professional and confidential manner.
Have an organized working style and are stress resistant.
Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
Ability to work in a multi-culture environment.
