Field of activity :
Reporting to the Luxembourg Head of Procurement, the role is part of a remediation project and will have a role in dealing with third party risk topics linked to procurement tasks.
Role and Responsibilities :
Follow up and support business in all remediation steps submit for internal regulatory approvals, initiate Third Party Security review process etc
Support Procurement on pending Residual Risk Questionnaire and follow up with suppliers, where requested
Be the primary contact with Third Party back office teams & local Third Party Engagement Manager (TPEM) teams (reminders, request, chaser, technical issues)
Remind TPEM of pending tasks (weekly meetings, working sessions to progress)
Provide weekly reporting on pending / outstandings to Chief Operating Officer,
Prepare update to Executive Management Committee (EXCO) and Risk Management Meeting (or other forum)
Experience and skills required :
Prior working experience as Project Management Officer, ideally in a risk remediation project(s)
Able to deal with risk topics in a structured manner
Possess good analytical skills and a good backlog approach
Good knowledge and hands on experience on the usage of MS Office (Excel, Word & Access)
Self-motivated, good time management, and organisational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work successfully in a team environment, including cross functional groups
Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and French to enable effective communication across the business and to external vendors
