A banking institution in Luxembourg is looking for an IT SUPPORT APPLICANT to reinforce the IT team.
As an IT APPLICATIVE SUPPORT, you will be responsible for Proactively detecting IT issues by creating tickets, Formalizing (via a ticketing tool) and categorizing incoming requests, Properly assessing impact and priority.
Ensure quality of ticket data, Ensure proper communication and global notifications to business users regarding resolution and status of items, Process IT tickets within a predefined timeframe (Time to repair), etc.
To successfully complete your assignments you will need to have knowledge of Business Funds.
