Corporate Officer : Your responsibilities :
You will draft loan agreements, bond issuance, and share transfer agreements, as well as update shareholding data
Do the preparation of board of directors' minutes, as well as ordinary and special general meetings (approval of annual accounts, change of company statutes, change of shareholders, increase or reduction of share capital, etc.)
You will do the liaise with assistance and coordinate with notaries, lawyers, banks, etc.
You can autonomously manage a portfolio of companies, including compliance file implementation and follow-up, shareholder register maintenance, and company incorporation (drafting of articles of association, domiciliation contract, bank account opening procedure, etc.)
Corporate Officer : Your profile :
You have a master's degree in law or economics
You are fluent in English and another language is a bonus
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience
You have a strong understanding of common computer tools, and you are familiar with compliance and new requirements such as FATCA and CRS
