The primary focus of this position will be to support onboarding coordination, and lead and manage cross-organizational projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness of coordination processes for learning programs.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with multiple internal and external teams.
This role requires excellent project management, problem solving, data analysis, and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
In addition, the candidate must be an organized self-starter, with a strong bias for action and an ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
Solutions & Improvements
Manage development, documentation, and deployment of end to end processes and solutions to improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and reduce defects.
Proactively identify and drive continuous improvements leveraging data and anecdotes to enable programs to scale globally.
Lead and participate in project teams. Build positive, collaborative and action oriented partnerships among SMEs, peers, and stakeholders to scale processes.
Data Reporting and Analysis
Manage collection of, interpret and analyze business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings.
Assist in the development and improvement of information processes that could involve :
Assessing data needs
Testing for, and finding the most reliable and accessible sources for that data
Automating data input and output processes
Ensure sustainability of processes
Model and aggregate data to service the team’s analytics / reporting needs
Designing and troubleshooting report creation and distribution
Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, partner on improvements needed, and deploy improvements.
Educate and coach leaders on options to deliver desired results.
Complete coordination activities for onboarding program, and other programs as needed.
Bachelor's or university degree required
Fluency in English
Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential.
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action.
Aptitude for learning and using technology for project management, solutions, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel & VBA.
Ability to travel up to 60%
Project Management Certification
Experience designing or developing learning solutions
2 years of work experience with career progression in the field of training and development
Prior Amazon experience
Experience facilitating to large groups of leaders.
Experience with basic web design including HTML / CSS
Familiarity with (relational) database concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in either SQL.
