Welcome to the team as (Senior) Financial Accountant (m / f / diverse) Luxembourg Task : Prepare and conduct monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and closings (LuxGAAP and IFRS) Controlling of external service providers like Fund Administrators and Fund Accountants Controlling and monitoring of payment instructions Work together with HR on executing the payroll process Supporting the creation of internal and external reports Ensure the timely and accurate bookkeeping of our corporate entities and subsidiaries Assist the CFO in various financial related activities, projects, etc Answering and processing of enquiries of auditors and tax inspectors as well as with regards to internal accounting related cases Executing various data quality checks & processing of reporting requirements Preparing tax and VAT returns Ensure that efficient processes are established in the Finance Department, automatize processes with IT tools Profile : Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Accounting, ideally in an international environment Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (LuxGAAP and IFRS) and procedures linked to Private Equity and Real Estate investments Knowledge of fiscal and legal regulations Excellent computer literacy (SAP, Microsoft Office) Project management skills and experience in a cross-border work environment.
