Customer Service Employee - Overland

The Customer Service acts as centralized interface / helpdesk between our customers, the Overland department, and the suppliers.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Interlocutor for all customer requests
  • Treat negative reporting in case of deviations on requested deliveries (delays, difficulties, damages)
  • Complaint handling
  • Organization of specific transports (express, etc.) in accordance with Overland department
  • Repartition of orders to the responsible forwarding pools
  • Track and Tracing for specific clients
  • Preparation of KPI statistics
  • Creation and maintenance of different statistics
  • Load planning
  • Compliance and realization of the pharma & healthcare standards of all activities in their full entity by considering the relevant GDP requirements and guidelines, customer demands and all internal regulations of the KN Lux organization
  • Compliance with required customer quality standards
  • Your skills and experience

  • Apprenticeship as forwarding agent or similar experience
  • High customer orientation
  • Language skills : German and at least one of the following languages : French or English
  • Good experience in the Customer Service business
  • Knowledge about transport / logistics processes
  • Able to take responsibility Team Player
  • Ability to fulfill critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines
  • Strong affinity with required customer quality standards

    Note : Condition for the conclusion of an employment agreement in the above-mentioned role is the provision of an up-to-

    date (not older than 3 months) certificate of good conduct as per legislation of 23 July 2016.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship as forwarding agent or similar experience
  • High customer orientation
  • Language skills : German and at least one of the following languages : French or English
  • Good experience in the Customer Service business
  • Knowledge about transport / logistics processes
  • Able to take responsibility Team Player
  • Ability to fulfill critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines
