Halsey Group S.à r .l., a Standish Management affiliate has an opening for A Compliance Officer (m / f) (Full Time) in order to reinforce its team (Reports to Compliance Manager).
Your main responsibilities will be to : Follow-up and analyse regulation changes issued by the CSSF or any other relevant lawmakers or regulatory authorities and advise on the impact and consequences of such changes;
Prepare, review and maintain policies and procedures up to date and control their effective implementation (and be pro-active regarding issues);
Design, develop and review approved compliance monitoring plan and perform the related compliance monitoring activities;
Monitor and control the transactions and names screening process with timely escalation to the Board when need be; Assist the Compliance Manager in preparing Suspicious Activity / Transaction Reports (SARs and STRs);
Prepare regular reporting, compliance advices and recommendations (by implementing remediation plan / corrective measures) to the business and the board as well as plan monitoring tasks regarding different projects;
Promote a compliance and ethical culture and increase awareness through the organisation; Deliver training to the team on various compliance related subjects;
Provide support and advice to the business as regards regulatory changes, AML / CTF risk assessment prior to client on-boarding, collection of the KYC documents, name screening, etc.
Answer to regulatory requests including the completion of the annual AML questionnaire; Assist the Compliance Manager in the preparation and attendance of the internal committees of the company;
Perform regular reviews and risk assessments of the compliance files in order to identify potential risks and update existing information;
Work collaboratively with the compliance team and the colleagues of different departments with the aim at improving efficiency.
Your profile : You have a master degree in economics, finance or legal; You have experience in the compliance field (at least 4 years), preferably within a specialised PFS;
You have strong knowledge as regards AML / CFT requirements; You have a good command of the regulation; You have experience in drafting policies and procedures;
You have strong analytical, communication and process skills; You are able to multitask and to work in a team or autonomously;
You have a perfect command of English and French. Other languages are considered as an asset; You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, ...
