Our team, EyeTech Solutions is actively looking for a Junior IT Sales to join the upraising team in Luxembourg City . EyeTech Solutions is part of FSM group, established for more than 10 years now, therefore you will be working with experienced consultants that will help you reach your goals.

As a Junior IT Sales (FR / EN), you will receive an attractive salary package (including unlimited monthly commissions, company car, fuel card and meal vouchers) and be challenged on a daily basis by several incentives! Stop performing, start overperforming!

JUNIOR IT SALES (FR / EN) - Missions :

  • Business development :
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the IT sector and be up to date with the new trends and how it can benefit to our clients
  • Develop your own network and portfolio
  • 360 recruitment cycle : You are in charge of the entire recruitment process (from finding clients and candidates to the end of the recruitment)
  • Negotiation of contracts with both clients and candidates
  • Administrative tasks : use of our internal CRM, post Ads
  • JUNIOR IT SALES (FR / EN) - Profil :

  • You are fluent both in French & English (written / spoken)
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a consuming motivation!
  • You have a first successful experience in Sales (even better in recruitment )
  • You are eager to learn , resilient, result-driven and sales-minded
  • You have at least a Bachelor's Degree
