EMEA Operations Talent Acquisition is seeking an innovative Change Manager as part of our Recruitment Programs & Services (RPS) team to deliver first-

As Change Manager you will create processes or mechanisms to effectively audit, approve, or communicate policy, SOP or best practice changes on a global scale for WW Operations Talent Acquisition.

To be successful in this role, you will ensure project members as well as stakeholders understand change management objectives working together towards a common goal.

This position involves data analysis, regular, effective communication with various stakeholders on status, risks and project solutions, and analysis and implementation of new tools and processes.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months in the HR / Talent Acquisition Department of Amazon EU Headquarters at Luxembourg.

The position is based in Amazon’s EU Headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg. The Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg is diverse and multicultural.

Located in the heart of Europe, bordered by France, Belgium and Germany, with a total population of around half a million.

Luxembourg has Luxembourgish, French and German as national languages, with English spoken by the many expatriates and most locals.

Luxembourg is known for banking, steel and a number of EU institutions plus an increasing number of technology-centric organizations.

The successful candidate must be a customer focused individual with strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities :

  • Dive into complex processes and systems to discover issues and opportunities
  • Be able to analyze systems and tools for global use
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with cross-functional teams across a global network of WW Operations stakeholders
  • Innovate to develop a customer-centric focus on quality, productivity and scalability
  • Project manage policy / SOP changes
  • Relentlessly advocate for process audits and improvement
  • Report on the status and ROI of projects undertaken

  • Previous experience with large-scale project management with proven effective change management
  • Data-driven; demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • MBA or MA
  • Change management certification desired
  • Kaizen, Agile, Prince2 Practitioner, or other Process Improvement methodologies
  • Additional European language
