Your Role

  • Provide first line support and answer questions of end-users regarding the use of ICT products
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications
  • Assist our users with any IT related incident
  • Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to our users as soon as possible
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware, including printers, copiers and scanners
  • Maintain a first class level of customer services ensuring that all users are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
  • Maintain stable, reliable and effective databases
  • Provide data management support to users
  • Your Profile

  • Ability to handle Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products and operational standards software
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, networking and peripherals
  • ITIL methodology knowledge is considered as an asset
  • Knowledge in database management like Domino and Lotus Notes are considered as an asset
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, presenting technical issues to end users and a problem-solving attitude
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in French and English, any other additional language will be considered as an asset
  • We offer
