  • Job Description

    We are looking for a new Delivery Manager, that will embody the link between clients, consultants and back office. At Data Essential, we believe that giving people the power to impact their environment allows them to thrive professionally while being happy.

    That's why we need passionate and driven people like yourself. Indeed, for you, translating a vague conversation with a client to concrete business needs and transforming those into days of work seems natural.

    Your understanding of the technical concepts allows you to collaborate efficiently with the team. You also draw satisfaction from a well designed process.

    Finally, you enjoy your privileged contact with the client and ensure their satisfaction by facilitating communication between all actors of the project.

    Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in consulting and customer facing roles
  • Strong interest for technical subjects (Cloud Native infrastructure)
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Practical Information :

  • Full-time
  • Start of the mission : as soon as possible
  • Responsibilities :

  • Managing projects
  • Reporting projects budget consumption to either client and team
  • Developing required delivery / support documentation
  • Planning and coordinating delivery activities according to available resources
  • Evaluating performance of team members and determining training needs
  • Reviewing customers' orders and invoices
  • Assessing that clients get what they paid for
  • Serving as primary contact for clients inquiries and concerns for non-technical matters
  • Building positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
