Head of Office - Real Estate Fund Administration


This broad Head of Office role requires a strong operational profile with an ability to solve complex challenges navigating a fast-

paced environment. As the business is growing, the main requirements are to drive the growth of the office while maintaining a stable environment and building the foundations of the business both in Luxembourg and abroad.

Although already established, the office maintains an exciting start-up environment with many dynamic moving pieces that the Head of Office will have to coordinate, along with both team and client relationship management, maintenance of the regulatory set-

up, office profitability and development. We are looking for a driven individual, a problem-solver used to building from the ground-

up with strong leadership skills and broad market knowledge as the role will involve remote team management and daily navigation of a fast-

paced, dynamic environment. The right candidate will come from a Fund Administrator, Investment Manager or Big4 environment having experience in start-

up like environment building teams from the ground-up good track record of delivery in busy and time pressurised environment.

In addition, the candidate will have strong Luxembourg regulatory knowledge and solid understanding of alternative structures.

The candidate will be hands-on, with an accounting background to support the teams when needed. Strong people management is key, as in addition to the Luxembourg office the role requires remote management of around 4 teams around Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of teams both in Luxembourg and Abroad
  • Oversight of regulatory requirements
  • Actively participate to Client Relationship Management including onboarding and sales pitches.
  • Management of the Luxembourg Office
  • Profile :

  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Administration with an accounting background or solid understanding of the area
  • Strong regulatory knowledge of PSF structures
  • A strong Real Estate exposure in their work history is ideal
  • Previous experience in building a business from the grounds-up
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing environment with demanding delivery
  • 15+ years’ work experience, solid background with key leadership positions
  • Personality :
