My client is one of the world's best known service providers with billions of assets under management. Due to their growth and success in Luxembourg, my client is looking for an MLRO and RC to expand their team. Your tasks :

To act as RC and MLRO for funds of the ManCo / AIFM.- Prepare Annual Risk Assessments and MLRO reports.- Develop a strong Compliance culture.

Act as point of contact with the local authorities and regulators. Your profile :

You have between 5 and 8 years of experience in a compliance position in an investment funds or asset management- You are fluent in English, any other language will be considered an asset- You have excellent knowledge and understanding of : AIFM / UCITS regulations and Luxembourg Laws, especially AML / CTF.

You are eligible for approval by the CSSF to act as RC The offer : - Up to 110,000€ salary depending on your profile- A bonus will be offered to reward you for your professional investment - A friendly atmosphere within a dynamic and international team that will allow you to develop professionally - A dream environment : a prestigious office near Luxembourg city ideal for travel by public transport
