For one of our clients located in Leudelange, Sofitex Talent is looking for a :
Personal Assistant (M / F)
You will assist the SVP in all administrative tasks
Coordinate, prepare and attend board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points
You will manage office suppliers and office service providers and will support Management members in administrative and logistic tasks
You will make sure the office is running smoothly
You will prepare all documents asked by the directors and the SVP
All other relevant office management duties.
You have an experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
You have an excellent command of MS Office
You are optimistic, positive, pragmatic, can-do mind-set and can work at all business levels
You have a strong work ethics and you pay attention to detail
You are results oriented, organised, proactive and you can easily prioritise
You are capable of thriving in a complex environment
You demonstrate team spirit are reliable and can anticipate the needs of others.
This is an opportunity for a 12-month CDD contract, to start ASAP.
