Job Description & Summary
Our Core Project Unit team is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
As a PMO officer (m / f), you will :
Participate actively to day to day operations of a Project Management Office like team;
Monitor and control the business cases, the execution and the return of investment of projects;
Report on investments by defining and following qualitative and quantitative KPIs;
Help in the definition of the firm investment quality assurance standards, related policies, procedures, guidelines, tools and databases;
Ensure application of internal methodologies, processes, tools and practices linked to investments and projects;
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions and investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues;
Support the development of quality management capabilities through the implementation of organizational and work approaches;
Work closely with the Risk Assessment team to integrate its Risk and Quality KPIs.
You have a bachelor degree level in control or project management studies;
You are rigorous, and quality oriented;
You are recognized for your excellent analytical skills;
You have experience in project management;
with strong skills in process definitions and follow-up;
You have good written skills in English and effective communication skills;
You have a solid technique on the use and configuration of IT tools;
