The Luxembourg branchplays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-addedservices extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration,performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

We arecurrently looking for a :

BusinessImplementation Project Manager Custody (M / F)

Your Mission

To be responsible forall Global Custody aspects of client onboarding projects allocated to you,these may include new client launches, new client migration in, fund merger, fundliquidation, insurance policy activity and other events.

Develop a closeworking and structured relationship with the Global Custody teams to ensureoperational set ups and flows are in place and correct for a seamlesstransition to business as usual’ mode, ensuring mitigation of any underlyingrisk.

Coordinate themigration of assets (listed securities and cash) relating to the client eventwhere applicable (in the case of a migration in / out).

Work closely withother members of the project team’ (Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, FundsDealing Services, Depository & Fiduciary Services, Market & Financing Services),ensuring transversal subjects and dependencies are addressed.

Ensure the clientevent pipeline’ is regularly updated with quality information regardingupcoming implementation projects not only in terms of monitoring and control ofthe project but also in terms of internal distribution and visibility of thispipeline for information and action.

Organise orparticipate in regular project conference calls / meetings with clients andcounterparties.

Ensure a structuredand regular communication and monitoring of client event projects using projecttools and templates (checklists for example).

Organise andcoordinate the connectivity (SWIFT, Neolink) with the Client and / or delegates,including testing to ensure day one readiness for transaction flows.

From a new clienton-boarding or new client event perspective, manage the negotiation andsignature of the business Operating Memorandum and other operationaldocumentation with clients.

Actively participatein the continuous improvement of the on-boarding process by proposing concreteand pragmatic solutions and leading, as necessary, Post Implementation Reviews.

Education :

  • Master Degree in Economics or accountability
  • Professional Experience :

  • At least 5 years in a similar position
  • Behavioural Skills :

    Excellent clientfacing skills

    Transversal Skills :

    Ability to understand,explain and support change


    Abilityto manage a project

    Technical Skills :

  • In-depth and technical Global Custody businessknowledge
  • Language Skills :

  • English, French (written and spoken) plus any other language would be consideredan advantage.
