Our client is an international company located in Luxembourg.To launch the new marketing and sales plan, we are looking for a bilingual BtoB Digital Marketing Manager.
You are responsible for the marketing team (5 employees) and all the marketing activities for the EMEA scope. You craft strategies including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
You prepare and manage the annual budget for the department. You set up and monitor goals for the team and report directly to the CEO.
You belong to the Management committee. You work closely with the internal stakeholders especially the Sales departments.
You drive the external agencies and challenge them for the launch of new projects. Your main challenge consists in launching the new marketing plan and define the multi-channel activities program and calendar, especially for the online actions plan.
Passionate, you remain updated about new marketing trends and provide strong recommendations and guidelines.You hold a Master Degree in Marketing or Business, and have a proven experience in a similar position (5 years as a minimum).
You already supervised a (small) team and managed a budget for marketing activities. You have a strong knowledge in digital tools and techniques (SEO, Google Display, social media ).
You already implemented a marketing strategy focus on digital. You speak fluent French & English, any additional language would be an asset.
