Job Description

Role and responsibilities

Luxembourg Registered Office :

  • Maintain Fund files in relation to the following activities ensuring that SS&C receives the most up-to-date version of the following documents : All documents relating to general meetings.
  • Minutes of meetings of the board of directors.Official minutes granting powers, such as powers of attorney.Business permits / trading licences.

    Annual financial statements.Tax returns.Share registers.Extracts from the commercial and companies register.Extract from the beneficial owners registerPublications on the Mémorial (Luxembourg Official Gazette).

  • File relevant documents with the commercial and companies register.
  • Office Management / Facilities :

  • Receipt, logging, scanning and distribution of post / courier deliveries
  • Reception services : meet / greet visitors, answering incoming calls, coordinate deliveries
