About the Role :
For our Ferrero Headquarters we are currently looking for a Commercial Quality Auditor to join our Commercial Quality Audit department.
He / she is responsible to support in :
Determining if the organization complies with the defined quality system processes in the commercial area by the end-to-
end management and execution of overall audit activities;
Assessing how successfully the defined processes have been implemented by providing evidences concerning reduction and elimination of risks areas;
Defining areas of improvement that are essential for the organization to maintain high level of performance;
Management of audit activities :
Prepare and collect the documentation required for the audit (applicable procedures, operative instructions, checklists, results of document analysis, etc.
in cooperation with the Group Quality department;
Conduct audits from the kick off to the closing meetings and collect the evidences of process implementation;
Verify the accuracy of corrective action plans received after audit from audited parties and the proposed timing considering the impact of the non-
compliance on the risk to which the organization is exposed;
Regularly verify implementation of the corrective action plans collected as a result of the audit;
In cooperation with the Group Quality department define the preventive actions to be implemented at global scale;
Highlight areas of good practice that can contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization.
Who we are looking for : Profile
MSc in Economics with focus on Quality Systems;
Minimum 7 / 8 years of experience either in Quality, Commercial Supply Chain, Sales or Audit functions;
Previous experience in Commercial Quality is key; experience in a Food company is considered as an asset;
Knowledge of the Quality Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22 000, ISO 19 011, ISO 10 002 : 2015);
Strong communication & active listening skills;
Ability to interact with different levels of management;
Structured & analytical approach;
Proactive & results oriented;
Flexible & independent in decisions making;
Availability to travel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English;
Any additional language would be an advantage.
