Purpose of the Job
The Marketing team group-wide at Quintet is ever more focused on being close to prospects and clients while leveraging synergies group-wide when it makes sense.
In this environment, 3 connected pillars require important marketing ownership and drive at group level :
This role is responsible for driving a large part of the delivery of the group marketing strategy, its positioning on markets, and its awareness internally.
As a consequence the incumbent will be pivotal in client relationship deepening and prospect acquisition, and senior stakeholders management in other functions group-wide (e.
g., GPS, CIO, corporate comms, etc.)
A core mission for this role is to implement scalable and financially efficient activities throughout the group to facilitate faster growth, in good collaboration with local teams.
Activities will be aligned with the Group Strategy to support business growth and client satisfaction ambitions.
This role has four main outputs :
Co-create group marketing strategy (with Group Head of Business Development) and translate it into a growth focused brand and editorial strategy
Design and implement marketing target operating model aligned with company objectives
Create and implement global strategy for core programmes in the group (quintet earth, alternative investment, next gen, active ownership, counterpoint, etc.)
Support financial planning and control
Building long term group brand, marketing, editorial and communications strategy
Improving customer experience, satisfaction & NPS
Raising brand awareness and consideration (including its execs)
Establish a strong brand for Quintet Private Bank and its portfolio of brands, using all available marketing channels
Oversee creative and brand guidelines for the group
Create a client experience framework to be applicable in all formats across all geographies (events, webinars, sales)
Driving group digital strategy (content management, information architecture, SEM / SEO, design, tracking, etc.)
Driving client and prospect communication strategy and channels
Generating or supporting marketing qualified leads, and further connecting our marketing framework to the business offering
Supporting the optimizing of marketing infrastructure & processes across the Group, focusing on digital channels, to allow for scale and efficiency
Measuring the impact of Marketing and return on Marketing investment
Oversee social and digital channels and strategy
Work with large panel of stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and radical candor feedback constructively
Drive fast-pace change in a functional organization
Manage small team of experts as part of competence center, with group and local activities
Co-own marketing roadmap delivery with Head of Business Development
Elevating the Marketing Unit to a new level of success and excellence, aligned to the structure and strategy of the bank
Growing and nurturing a team of experienced, entrepreneurial marketing professionals
Supporting all markets in optimizing their strategies, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative (marketing market heads may have dotted line into this role)
Transforming the marketing team into a cohesive group of strategic contributors with a growth mind-set and approach yet having the hybrid approach of centrally-led strategy & local implementation spirit
