The TA Transformation Management Associate will be responsible for assigned TA projects and client driven initiatives including client and distributor on boarding are actively, timely and efficiently managed and delivered.

The TA Transformation Management Associate :

  • Consistently delivers high-value and high-quality output to the business aligned with the agreed priorities.
  • Demonstrates self-management skills, is a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Demonstrates strong project management, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Manages interactions with all departments to resource projects appropriately.
  • Ensures an alignment of processes across EMEA TA ;
  • Works together with TA Product / Product Development and Technology partners to propose solutions to improve TA business scalabilities and drive results.
  • Proactively communicates project progress to the wider organisation and management.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and is articulate in communicating to senior audiences, clients, vendors and technically to technology developers.
  • Has a proven end to end knowledge of TA and a strong knowledge of fund industry.
  • Possesses a sound knowledge of SWIFT and NSCC processing.
  • Has an analytical, problem solving mindset with strong numerical ability and experience in handling large sets of data.
  • Major Duties and responsibilities :

  • Active engagement with distributors to increase dealing automation.
  • Co-ordination and execution of end to end SWIFT testing and distributor on boarding.
  • Analysis and project management of TA initiatives including client or strategic change.
  • Active engagement in system change projects and participation in the operational reviews and readiness phases.
  • Active contribution to TA change agenda in partnership with TA Product and TA Operations to drive the future business model.
  • Management and implementation of operating model design for new client on-boarding.
  • Drive maximisation of TA strategic initiatives, implement standardised operating model across EMEA TA clients and address manual touch points.
