Greenfield is pleased to be working with a leading boutique fund administration, offering well placed services in an entrepreneurial and focused manner.

Our client places a large emphasis on personal development both on the job and via external means.

Due to the growth of their business they are seeking an additional team member to join the team as a Fund Administrator.

This person will work alongside the manager and will be in charge of clients assisting in the efficient administration.

This role will be suited to someone who has a good understanding of the company secretarial tasks as well as a strong interest in developing a career in this industry especially interested in Private Equity Funds.

  • The role : Act as a key contact for the clients for the day to day administration; Ensure compliance with AML procedures and related Customer Due Diligence (CDD);
  • Organise, attend and prepare minutes for board meetings; Proactively liaise with client contacts, lawyers, auditors and investors;
  • Coordinate all company secretarial matters for client corporate entities; Logging, tracking and responding to client and investor queries as well as ad-

  • hoc tasks; Maintaining fund registers and files; Processing new subscriptions, distributions and capital calls as required;
  • Preparing and distributing investor statements and related client reports; Store documents and launch workflows in the system;
  • Supervising administrative aspect of payment processing; Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures and support others.

    Assist clients and the wider team with transactions and new products.

    Play an active role in team meetings and informal meetings.

    Adopting an open and solutions focused approach at all times.

    Identify operational areas of best practice and efficiencies within the administration team and actively support the wider administration team to implement these.

    Support the manager in providing coaching to junior fund administrators.

    Other project work and ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • The profile : Proven experience in a similar function within the fund industry is mandatory as well as knowledge of transfer agency;
  • Proven experience in following administrative and operational procedures and excellent organisational skills; Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Good understanding of companies’ law and ideally a background in Law If you are interested in this position or would like to discuss other roles that we are currently recruiting for, please forward your CV in English to Nadine Van Laar.
