The Relay, Supply, and Performance (RSP) team is part of the Amazon Transportation Services Linehaul organization in Europe which is a cutting-edge supply chain technology organization and responsible for many of Amazon’s best-in-class logistics offerings.

We are looking for a leader to drive a key program across Surface Transportation. In this role, you will be the business owner responsible for defining and implementing the program's vision that meets our customers’ needs while meeting business performance goals.

A successful candidate shall be a big thinker who is highly analytical and customer focused with a strong track record of delivering results, earning trust and insisting on the highest standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include :

Establish & implement a best-in-class transportation program

Build mechanisms to stay connected to all internal & external stakeholders

Build a deep knowledge of current industry standards

Create scalable & transparent reporting mechanisms

Communicate and report out on a regular basisYour Profile# Bachelor's degree or higher

Solid experience working with large cross-functional teams

Experience solving problems through root cause analysis techniques

Experience working with key stakeholders across various teams (ie Technology, Legal, )

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Advanced degree in Logistics or Transportation, MBA preferred

Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple emerging functions

Proficiency at querying and architecting relational databases - SQL, ETL

Demonstrated evidence of reducing transportation, labor and inventory costs through application of logistics and supply chain optimization methodologies

Experience reporting and interpreting large sets of data with accompanying business insights

Business Analyst / Project Management experience

Ability to find practical and simple solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality

Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
