We are looking for a :

Sales Leader (M / F)

Not only is this role about building strong relationships that drive revenue, it is also about leading our existing sales force towards success.

You will be responsible for :

  • The sales strategy and developing plans with Head of Prospection and Growth for expanding business.
  • Driving international business development.
  • Managing a consistent and scalable sales process and ensuring the team adhere to it.
  • Bringing your team to drive growth with both current strategic accounts and new customers. Your responsibilities entail leading and motivating the sales force to implement, execute the sales strategy and deliver, ensuring they work together as a positive unit, sharing and implementing best practices.
  • Training and coaching to effective utilisation of a CRM.
  • Developing specific goals, implement and evaluate performance objectives.
  • Conducting performance reviews, monthly planning and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts, managing rate cards with representatives.
  • Utilizing all tools and marketing materials to enhance closing ratios.
  • Leading closing strategic opportunities.
  • To be successful in this role, you need :

  • Experience managing a field based international sales organization with a minimum of 4 direct reports.
  • A strong track-record in winning net new business in previous roles. large accounts and complex sales.
  • Extensive experience using a CRM to manage performance.
  • Value selling is part of your core beliefs, sales consultancy profile comfortable with targets and keen on challenges in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
  • Well-structured and able to manage different projects in parallel, setting the right priorities and organising your time management.
  • A dynamic and assertive person, comfortable with C level face-to-face client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills are a must, including pricing discussions.
  • Knowledge of the content management & client communication services market. Being comfortable in the digital space is a plus
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills in English and French. German is a plus
