MIBL now has an opening in its Fund Administration department for a : Transfer Agency Dealing Senior Officer (m / f) Ref.
TA DSO 082019 Field of activity : You will be joining a team of dedicated and experienced people and be an important member of the Transfer Agent Section of the Fund Administration Department.
You will be required to actively take part in all of the department’s duties.
Your responsibilities will include : Perform the day to day activities of the Transfer Agency Dealing section Under the supervision of the section Head, ensure day to day operational activities are being planned, managed and controlled with minimum level of errors.
Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes Promote risk awareness, assessment and control within the team Develop operating models to deal with growth in volumes Collaborate with other departments and locations to ensure deal queries, settlement, payments and reconciliations are appropriately addressed Manage and resolve Operational Transfer Agency incidents Produce KPI (monthly, quarterly).
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word); Knowledge of AML / KYC would be considered an asset.
