About the Role :
For our Ferrero Head Quarters in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Food Service Business Development & Solutions Manager to identify Food Service needs / ideas / opportunities in line with Food Service strategy, including needs of users (e.
g. business needs, technical solutions, etc.), to develop complete business cases for Food Service projects, and coordinating / racking the projects implementation.
Main Tasks :
Preparing the Food Service business cases in cooperation with relevant functions for each project including all information needed (e.
g. volumes, net sales, set of customers / countries, value chain details, gross margin, timing, etc );
Preparing all the material needed to present the business cases to the Food Service Business Development Board;
Defining and validating a standard template of Food Service business case including all the minimum relevant information to be included;
Proposing criteria to measure the potential of a business opportunity (e.g. minimum ROI, minimum volumes, risks);
Insuring that each business case is properly understood and shared with the central Food Service team;
Defining a detailed project plan for each Food Service project, including timing and budget;
Keeping track of the projects planning making sure that all the relevant functions / stakeholders are cooperating in order to respect deadlines;
Developing selling argumentations related to Food Service projects in order to support the negotiation between BUs and customers;
Providing support to Contract Manufacturing Department in the negotiation of contracts with industrial partners;
Participating in Food Service fairs and events to identify new business ideas / opportunities;
Understanding the needs of the Food Service Market to evaluate the potential and translate it into actions;
Promoting the Ferrero Solutions and their implementation for Food Service across the market;
Collecting and assessing all the business opportunities identified, and defining a methodology to assign priority.
Who we are looking for :
BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering or related;
10-15 years of experience
Experience in Food Service, Out Of Home Channel or HORECA is mandatory;
Previous experience in FMCG is a plus;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines;
High flexibility and result orientation;
Strong communication skills;
Excellent team working skills;
Curiousity and willingness to learn;
Capabilities to influence key functions & stakeholder;
Project management skills;
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
IT Skills :
Excellent skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
