Job Description & Summary A career inAdministration and Secretarial Services, within Internal FirmServices, will give you with the opportunity to provideadministrative support to PwC employees.

Our team isresponsible for ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day activitiesat PwC. As part of the team, you will actively support yourteam in the various daily administrative and organisational tasksrelated to the activities of your department.

Responsibilities : The Personal Assistant is responsible for givingefficient organisational and administrative supportto Partners, Directors and Managers.

  • Manage calendars(planning, meetings and business trips); Assist Partners, Directorsand Managers on the client process; Ensure that our administrativeprocedures are enforced and perform a quality control on documents;
  • Draw up documents and presentations though various MS Office tools(e.g. Word, Powerpoint, etc). Your profile : You holda Bachelor degree (or "BTS ) as a Management Assistant;
  • Youhave at least 2 years of experience in a similarfunction; You have excellent skills in MS Office-Windows, as wellas in Lotus Notes, Outlook and / or Google;
  • You are known for yourgreat writing skills and your synthetic mind, and you are able tomultitask; You are fluent in both French and English;
  • German isconsidered as an Asset; You appreciated for your sense of serviceand your team spirit, even if you are able to workautonomously.
