Job Purpose The Fund Services Officer is part of the Fund Services team of TMF Fund Management, reporting to the Head of Fund Services & CRM.

TMF Fund Management is licensed to provide external AIFM and ManCo services through client-centric fund structures. The Fund Services team is responsible for the operational, relationship and administrative aspects of the fund management business line on behalf of its clients.

In addition, the Fund Services Officer is involved commercially by providing sales support to various fund opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day queries from clients and providers
  • Constantly monitor and review action logs with providers
  • Provide oversight & control as well as updating and verifying NAVs, capital calls and distribution of our fund clients
  • Prepare Board packs, AUM files and management reports
  • Oversee and support the periodic creation and review of PRIIPS KIDs and UCITS KIIDs as well as Factsheets
  • Prepare and check AIFMD Annex IV reporting
  • Support the commercial efforts by preparing presentations, liaising with prospects, participating in commercial calls and preparing fee schedules and proposals
  • Support in the coordination of onboarding of new clients
  • Follow up and support fund audits in coordination with external auditors and providers
  • Support the Head of Fund Services & CRM in the departmental activities, both from an operational and commercial standpoint
  • Your Profile

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
  • 2-5 years’ experience ideally in a Management Company or Service Provider
  • Fluency in English, both in written and verbal form
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, switching quickly and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships with providers and clients
  • Ability to process data and information swiftly and correctly
  • Ability to work with initiative, take ownership, responsive and good organizational skills
  • Flexible and accountable on assigned tasks
  • Ability to work well individually just as well as collaboratively
