As part of you scope you will :
Ensure proactively all transactio n s are well recorded in our a ccou n ting
system in due time
Book payrolls into th e accounting system i n accordance with de t ails
provided by the external provider
Manage payments v i a WebBanking tool and reconcile with the
Input of su p plier invo i ces and credit not e i n formation in t he inte r nal
database for approv a l purposes and regis t ration in the accoun t in g
Management procurement database
Make sure suppliers a re paid every two w e eks and holds paym e nt if necessary
Assistanc e in the pre p aration of the monthl y and annual VAT returns
Assistanc e in the pre p aration of the monthl y statistical repor t s
Assist the Statutory Accounting Manager and the Financial Contro l lers in monthly closing
Assist the Statutory Accounting Manager in year-end closing activities
Ensure t hat EY bes t practic e s and key policies ar e applied and
significant issues brought to the attention of the Statutory Accoun t ing
Takes part to ad hoc statutory accounting w orking grou p s
Perform quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
Perform weekly chec k s on the transactio n s made
Perform daily ch e cks of bank balanc e s
Reconcil e s financial d i screpancies by collect i ng and analyzing account
Proactively identificat i on of i ssu e s

You hold a Bache l or's degree in A ccounting
You have from 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
You have competency in Microsoft applications i n cluding Word, Exce l and
Organizational, verba l and written commun i cation skills a must
Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasking is an asset
In terms of languages, you are fluent in English and French. Any other language will be considered as an asset.
