Your tasks

For immediate start, we are looking for an experienced and energetic support for our department Airfreight Import as :

Invoicing & Claims Officer (m / f / d) Air Freight Import

Your area of responsibility includes all the invoicing and administrative tasks related to the Airfreight Import activities.

Further focal points are :

Invoicing (outgoing & incoming)

Daily administration

Good distribution practice (GDP) Responsible Person

Internal auditing

Cargo claim processing, Tracking & Tracing

This is not an exhaustive list - so you can expect a varied job.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Airfreight

Good knowledge of customs rules and regulations

Good knowledge of QMS & GDP

Certified internal audit desirable

Administration experience desirable

Effective written and verbal communications skills

Fluency in English is mandatory

French desirable

Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly excel & outlook)

Committed & motivated

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize
