Global RFP Supervisor

As a Global RFP Supervisor, you will support the Investor Services business development efforts of the Relationship Management and Sales teams.

Your cross-product knowledge and core Investor Services experience will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driven to produce responses across all strategic segments of Investor Services.

To be successful, you will need to be highly communicative and detail oriented, to learn on your feet, to be able to juggle several duties, as well as to troubleshoot with decorum.

Key responsibilities include :

1. Sales Support and Relationship Management

  • Assist with local sales / relationship management efforts
  • Coordinate response to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) for review by the Relationship Manager (RM)
  • Assist local Client Service Management and Relationship Management (RM) teams in preparing Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses
  • Assist Relationship Management in the preparation of pricing, FTE allocations, and White Zone Models
  • 2. RFP Automation Management and Content Administration

  • Ongoing user management including license management, user maintenance, and license reconciliation
  • Serve as a technical expert of RFP Automation tool within BBH, including inquiry management and documentation
  • Facilitate and assist Risk and Compliance with their reviews of content on the RFP Automation tool
  • 3. Project Support

  • Apply Project Management Practice skills while supporting Relationship Excellence working and steering groups
  • Support product related projects for quality and process improvements
  • Learn to manage and record meeting decision points during project meetings
  • Qualifications : 1.Education level

    1.Education level

  • B.S / B.A or equivalent education and / or work experience
  • Native-level English speaker
  • 2. Knowledge and skills

  • Familiar with financial institutions and asset gatherers
  • Core Investor Services and cross product knowledge
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner at all times both internally and externally to BBH
