DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to help their client, a prestigious private bank, in their search for a Client Service Executive.

As a member of a highly qualified, diverse and international team, you will closely work with our relationship managers in Luxembourg and in other offices to deliver excellent client service in wealth management and private banking.

Reporting to the Desk Head Luxembourg, the role holder will :

  • Provide administrative and client services support.
  • Be responsible for transmitting and verifying instructions and for proactively implementing a quality operational environment for large, complex and demanding clients.
  • Be in charge of sourcing, verifying and transmitting documents in order to ensure a rapid and smooth account opening process.
  • Liaise with clients for file regularization, compliance and information exchange.
  • Principal accountabilities :

  • Maintain excellent commercial relationships with Private clients
  • Understand the strategy the Bank puts in play and participate in its development by interacting with members of the whole team in Luxembourg and abroad and bringing hands-on operational experience.
  • Provide necessary back-up functions to the RM's on a day-to-day basis
  • Deliver excellent client service and always meet the needs of the clients
  • Provide support to RMs with questions, requests from clients / advisors and communicate decisions directly to clients or advisors
  • Handle and input client trade orders into the bank's private banking system, and ensure that all outstanding trade orders are followed up closely and accurately without delay
  • Provide assistance to clients in the absence of RMs
  • Monitor clients' time maturities, transfers, deposits, loans,
  • Complete client telephonic / visit reports accurately
  • Retrieve information on investments from I-net, Bloomberg etc. as and when requested by RMs
  • Maintain good working relationships with the whole team

  • A relevant experience in the wealth management industry;
  • A clear understanding of the major products or services available in the private banking industry;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Administrative efficiency, accuracy and thoroughness;
  • Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Conscientious and well organized;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive and a good team player;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of Bloomberg and / or Reuters would be an asset;
  • Have an understanding the immediate team and client requirements and business strategy and planning own activities accordingly
  • Be ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients
  • Show ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
  • Be authentic and show ability to engage with colleagues and customers to deliver at pace
  • Fluency in English is a requirement and any other language is an advantage.

    Our client is an international private bank.At the final stages of the recruitment process, the successful candidate can be asked to provide supporting documentation such as, for example, copies of diplomas or proof of previous jobs, and a standard criminal record check might also be requested.
