Key responsibilities of the role include :
Driving program adoption across new and existing Seller cohorts.
Owning the analytics and understanding of complex business issues, identifying patterns and highlighting opportunities.
Developing the strategy to enable consistent and long-term Seller growth across countries and regions.
Leading the team in creating and delivering the tools to enable the strategy, and iterating to hone the solutions to their optimal output.
Identifying key drivers and restrainers and leveraging these to create directions for the teams, taking ownership of the quantitative understanding and modelling needed to assess situations and build tools to enable change.
Influencing the strategic direction of the EU and WW teams working on Seller Growth.
You will engage with business teams and international technical teams to implement your ideas. You will work closely with Global and In-
country Business teams, Global software development, EU leadership team to ensure the EU Seller Growth team is able to deliver on its goals while identifying and executing on new scalable opportunities.
This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, think creatively, drive results, keep pace with our explosive growth and inspire the team to meet the challenges of a fast-
moving business. The position is based in Luxembourg. Travel within Europe and to the US will be required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.
A significant experience from a fast-paced environment and / or a blue-chip company, preferably in business intelligence, consulting, engineering or related field.
Strong bias for action and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A track record of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
Outstanding analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
Excellent business judgment and an ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently.
Expertise using SQL for acquiring and transforming data / Strong programming skills combined with a keen interest in acquiring an advanced knowledge of SQL.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive implementation via cross-team influencing.
MBA from a top tier school
Consulting or big data experience
Experience leading international cross-functional project teams
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets strongly preferred. Ability to be hands on is critical.
Language skills in other European languages
Coding proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, Java, Scala)
