Job description You will take part in supporting ateam of experienced and talented lawyers. As a key person, you willneed to provide the same level of quality service of theprofessionals you are working for and with.

  • It means be passionate,dedicated and proactive. You are looking for a dynamic, motivatingand challenging environment : this is the right job for you! As anAdministrative Assistant you will be able to perform the followingtasks : Manage correspondences (emails, phone calls, documents to besent via courier);
  • Handle agenda; Organize internal and externalmeetings and prepare the appropriate documentation; Coordinate andorganize business trips (flights, hotels and keep track of theexpenses);
  • Invoicing; Be the key contact with the clients; Givegeneral support to the department and ensure its efficiency. Profile You speak English and French fluently ;
  • You hold a previous2 years’ experience ideally in a law firm or in the Big 4, Trust orFinancial Institutions; You are proactive, autonomous and a teamplayer;
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written andspoken); You are quickly operational; You are discreet; You have anoutstanding presentation.
