The BMC Digital Product Manager role has been created to strengthen the team managing an expanding portfolio of digital marketing products, to help drive global technology innovation and implementation, and support driving change through our digital capabilities, shifting from a traditional model to a user / audience-centric and data driven one.
The successful candidate will significantly contribute to help EY design and implement this best in class BMC technology stack.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will drive product (technology) implementation, innovation and delivery within the BMC organization and transform our digital capability in collaboration with global and local stakeholders :
You form part of a wider team, driving the implementation, roll-out and ongoing management of the BMC Technology roadmap both in the global executive, but also with a view to make it scalable in 100 + countries.
You will collaborate extensively with teams across BMC, Markets, Knowledge, EY technology, our regions, and our partner agencies.
You are driven by a relentless desire to create elegant systems that will grow our digital footprint and reach, support lead generation and conversion, and more generally enable the external marketing function with world class technology.
You will manage and / or oversee all elements of the development, delivery and ongoing management of one or more BMC technology platforms within budget, resource and time constraints.
In parallel with the technical implementation and delivery, you will create strong product operating models and associated processes to ensure that the BMC products are properly embedded and managed within the organization,
You will work closely with colleagues in Product Support and Operations to ensure that products are properly supported, and that they deliver optimal data to our measurement function.
You help drive adoption across service lines, sectors and regions, and maximize our operational agility and excellence.
Skills and attributes for success
A strong understanding of the marketing and communication technology stack and building elegant integrated systems.
An agile mindset, and a relentless focus on project delivery within given constraints and a constantly changing environment.
The ability to understand and articulate business and stakeholder needs and turn these into functional requirements to deepen user engagement and satisfaction and drive business growth.
The ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment, working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple priorities effectively.
A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently with excellent communication, presentation and networking skills, able to effectively manage and influence leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionals in both technical and non-technical audiences.
To qualify for the role you must have
Extensive experience in implementing marketing / communication technology, a strong grasp of B2B digital GTM, content and channel strategies.
Deep knowledge of functional disciplines such as email marketing, social media, web, online advertising, search marketing, influencer marketing, analytics etc.
Proven experience of data driven marketing.
Knowledge of current data protection regulations.
Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in deploying and managing the Adobe marketing stack, marketing automation platforms and other Marketing software at scale.
Experience working with highly diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
