Your tasks You provide customers an exceptional service on all available contact channels (phone, e-mail, shops )You handle requests and complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolutionYou conduct administrative tasks (contracts, invoices, complex complaints )You give accurate, valid and complete information to the customers and to internal interlocutorsYou meet service level targets to improve and harmonize the level of service our customers receiveYou follow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesYou report regularly to the Responsible for Operations and Processes on achievements and issues, suggest improvementsYou assist temporarily on other CSC tasks / initiatives when needed Your profile You have an "A" levels or equivalent diploma in Economics, Administration or any related fieldActive listening and problem solving skills are your strengthsFlexibility and attention to details characterize youYou have a positive attitude and multitasking abilitiesYou are fluent in French, German, English and Luxemburgish (written and spoken) How to apply Interested?
