Your Team

The Transfer Agent is a critical component for any Asset Manager. Key responsibilities include managing the register’ of clients and the investments they hold.

In addition, TA provides client services and performs transaction processing. Invesco outsource much of this function to trusted third party partners.

Although many of the services are completed by third parties, Invesco maintains the responsibility of ensuring a superior investment experience is delivered for our clients.

This is achieved through partnership, governance and oversight.

The EMEA TA Team is a sub-department of Investment Services and is split across three sites Henley-on-Thames, Dublin and Luxembourg.

Functions within EMEA TA include : Operations and Oversight; Client Assets ; Anti-Money Laundering; TA Projects

These teams are responsible for overseeing the quality and timeliness of services and projects delivered by the third-party providers.

The teams also complete various TA operational activities under Invesco’s remit. The completion of all these activities is closely run within agreed procedures, timelines and regulatory requirements.

Your Role

In this role you support the delivery of outstanding EMEA Transfer Agency (TA) servicing through :

  • Being responsible for the quality and timeliness of TPAs to ensure that they are performing to the agreed targets (SLAs and KPIs), and are offering excellent client service to our Distribution Partners and their clients.
  • Completing the various TA operational activities under Invesco’s remit ensuring they are completed within procedures, timelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing and supporting the activities completed by internal TA delegates.
  • You will be also responsible for :

  • Acting as point of contact between Invesco Luxembourg and TPAs / internal delegates for any technical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution.
  • Ensuring activities are clearly recorded and documented to a high standard.

  • Completing the day to day operational activities under TA Oversight & Operations remit. Ensure all activities are completed to the required standard within agreed timescales, adhering to regulatory and procedural guidelines.
  • Ensuring relevant procedures are in place and maintained.

  • Supervising the overall performance against targets, standards and timelines and ensure remedial action or escalation is taken as required.
  • Building an open and effective communication channel with TPAs and our internal business partners / delegates to ensure that TPAs can meet both Invesco’s business needs and continue to deliver excellent client service.
  • Working with TPAs, service providers, internal partners & local offices to ensure excellent service is maintained.
  • Participating in Service Review meetings to ensure regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues are mediated, addressed and resolved.
  • Providing support or an issue route when necessary to handle and resolve any queries received from TPAs and our internal business partners.
  • Bringing up to functional management or Luxembourg Conducting Officer, as required.

  • Providing support, local input to and (where required) sign off to TPAs and internal delegates / partners to support Invesco projects for product developments, regulatory change and business requirement changes.
  • Ensuring that all Luxembourg regulatory returns and / or statistics are completed and submitted within the approved timescales.
  • Produce and disseminate reporting as required.

    The skills and experience you’ll bring

    You will have :

  • Good experience in Transfer Agency
  • Experience of supervising systems, processes and service standards and knowledge of UCITS, SICAF and QIF / FCP Regulations is an advantage
  • Overall knowledge of TA organisation and how different departments interact
  • Relevant business / professional qualifications or equivalent 3rd level education
  • Strong customer focus
