Their dynamic Luxembourg office has made necessary to hire a professional who would focus in Corporate Secretarial activities, as well as Office Management / PA tasks entailing projects that involve Luxembourg and an international outreach, working closely to top management of the Firm.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a very much organized and structured professional aiming at being involved in a diverse range of tasks and activities and at constantly contributing to the success of the Firm’s functioning in Luxembourg.
Arranging signatures on documents and returning them to the correct parties; Arranging events as required; IT support (PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe) with preparation of presentations, etc.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment; Other administrative tasks : payments, review of documentation, invoicing, preparing minutes of the board and management meetings.
Good analytical and communication skills, with a Can Do Attitude; Languages : Fluent English is essential, plus Fluent French or German.
Other European languages would be an asset; Pro-active, hard-working and positive mind-set.
