MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well-known company located in Luxembourg :
Office Administrator (M / W)
You will eporting directly to the General Manager, your tasks will be :
Being the first impression of the company by welcoming visitors at the reception
Organizing visits and appointments with clients
Handling the incoming phone calls
Managing and follow-up on the postal mail
Ensuring great meeting room preparation for meetings / trainings / other events;
Inviting employees to meetings
Organizing business travels (hotels, cars, taxi, flights, etc.)
Purchasing office materials
Supporting the Site Management and partly HR in administrative tasks
You have a bachelor’s degree in administrative field
You have at least 3 years of working experience in Reception, Office Management, Administrator department,
You are fluent in German, English as well as French
You are dynamic, proactive, result oriented and a team player
You have great organizational skills;
Strong knowledge of MS Office; SAP is an asset.
